Prices on this site exclude VAT and delivery. VAT is added in your order, as its own line, before you pay. Delivery is not included in the amount you pay online: its cost is communicated to you separately, before the parcel is dispatched.
How the delivery cost is handled
The online payment covers the products and their VAT only. The delivery cost depends on the destination and the size of the parcel; we confirm it to you separately, by email or phone, before dispatch. If you would like the delivery cost for a particular destination or volume before you order, write to us.
How an order travels
- You place the order and pay for the products by card on the payment processor's secure page.
- We check availability and confirm the delivery cost to you, before dispatch.
- The order is dispatched and you receive the tracking details.
- The invoice follows by email from the seller, ZIEGERT SRL, with VAT shown separately.
Where we deliver
Within the European Union, to clinics, practitioners, distributors and private buyers. For an address outside the EU, write to us before ordering — customs rules outside the Union are different.
Storage and transport
Every product carries its storage requirement on the box. The SkinBooster ampoules are kept between 1 and 30 °C, away from direct sunlight, and parcels are packed so that these conditions hold in transit.
When it arrives
Check the parcel on arrival. If the packaging is damaged or deformed, or if the contents do not match the order, tell us before using the product — see returns & withdrawal.
