Terms of sale

These terms govern orders placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who sells, who manufactures

The seller is ZIEGERT SRL, a company registered in Romania — VAT ID RO35793880, Trade Register no. J40/3733/2016, registered office at Str. Sfântul Petru Tei nr. 59, Sector 2, București, Romania. The seller takes the payment, issues the invoice and is your contracting party for every order placed through this site.

The products are manufactured by EVIE KOREA Co., Ltd., Republic of Korea. Medisco is its registered trademark.

2. Professional products

The Medisco range is professional. The SkinBooster ampoules are cosmetic products marked non-injectable and intended for use with a Microneedling Therapy System; the Medisco Meso ampoules are injectable; Peelieve Peeling is a spicule peel. At checkout you confirm that the products will be used by, or under the supervision of, a practitioner trained for the procedure, following the manufacturer's instructions. We may refuse or cancel an order where that confirmation is not credible.

3. Products and information

Compositions, concentrations, presentations and protocols published on this site are reproduced from EVIE KOREA's product documentation. Protocols are guidelines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on it replaces the practitioner's own judgement.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euro, per piece, excluding VAT and excluding delivery. VAT is added in your order, as its own line, before you pay. VAT depends on who buys:

Delivery is not included in the online payment. Its cost is communicated to you separately, before the parcel is dispatched (see delivery). We may correct an obvious pricing error before the order is confirmed; if we do, you may cancel the order without cost.

5. How an order is formed

Placing an order and paying for it at checkout is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email, after the payment has been confirmed and we have checked availability and the delivery address. If we cannot accept an order, the full amount paid is refunded to the card used.

6. Payment

Payment is made by card at checkout, in euro, on the secure page of the card payment processor (Stripe). Card details never reach this site and are never stored by us. The amount charged is the total shown in your order — products and VAT. Delivery is not part of this amount: its cost is communicated to you separately, before dispatch. Goods are dispatched after the payment has been confirmed.

On this preview the shop runs in demonstration mode: no payment is taken, and checkout only prepares an order request.

7. Invoicing

ZIEGERT SRL issues a fiscal invoice for every order and sends it to the email address given at checkout, with the VAT shown separately. For sales in Romania, invoices are reported through the national e-invoicing system as required by law.

8. Delivery, risk and inspection

See delivery. Risk passes on delivery. Inspect the parcel and the packaging before use.

9. Returns and withdrawal

See returns & withdrawal, where you can also withdraw online. Sealed ampoules and vials that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, for health and hygiene reasons.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that conform to the order and to the manufacturer's specification. We are not responsible for treatment outcomes, for the choice of product, for the technique used, or for use that departs from the manufacturer's instructions.

11. Data

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

12. Complaints and applicable law

Write to us first — most things are settled that way. Romanian law applies. Consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution procedure of the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. The European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
